I remember the last weekend of August with bitter-sweet emotions.

My life was divided into my real life (where I spent my summer) and the rest of my time in the City.
And once I came home in September, I lived the rest of the year just looking forward to next summer.

Having lived in Los Angeles for the past 30 years, virtually season-less, I haven't thought about this for many years. But starting my blog on this, the 30th of August, brought it back to mind.

I'd like to dedicate this blog to people who really help others, and to people who are seeking answers.

I would like to share some of the things I've learned, and those things that are most imporant to me.
